  Recently my wife and I selected Team Johnson at Cross Country to be our Mortgage lender for the purchase of our home, and we are extremely glad we did. Paul and his team are the consummate professionals, but are very down-to-earth and carefully and clearly walked us through our different options and what would be best for us. The first time I spoke with Paul I found him to be a trustworthy person, an attribute that he displayed throughout our home-buying process; he was able to secure a very competitive rate for our mortgage and the final closing costs actually came out below his initial estimates. In order to get the house we wanted we needed to be able to close in 21 days - and Paul's team handled it with ease. I would highly recommend Paul and Team Johnson to anyone looking to buy a home; they made buying our first home far easier than we could have imagined.
