  Thank you Knut! Mr. Johnson has been my attorney for a complex federal matter since 2013. Knut, Emerson and his whole team have been so important to me and my family throughout this process. Knowledgeable, personable and caring aside I have been fortunate enough to witness firsthand the respect he receives from the United States Attorneys office. He knows everyone at the courthouse and always says hello to the various court staffers by name. Mr. Johnson is a fixture at the federal courthouse and it shows. There are several tiers of attorneys practicing in San Diego. Mr. Johnson has earned his spot with his peers at the top. One particularly harrowing portion of my matter saw Knut and his entire staff work from around 6:30 p.m. till 2 a.m. submitting an emergency brief on my behalf for a hearing the next morning. I couldn't sleep that entire evening and met Mr. Johnson and Mr. Wheat the next morning for the ex parte hearing on his motion. The first thing out of the judges mouth after she took the bench was to cite for the record the time stamp on Mr Johnson's submission. Quite frankly everyone was rightly impressed. Mr. Johnson was calm, cool and collected the entire time and the Court ruled in his favor on each point of his moving papers after hearing arguments. That is one very minor instance of his consistently winning approach to mounting a successful defense. Mr. Johnson has a methodical approach that covers all the bases. He is planning ten steps ahead for every contingency and is a master of using his knowledge and experience to mould an outcome using every allowable legal maneuver to his advantage even if in this instance It takes him all night on short notice. It is this ability and mastery of the law coupled with solid relationships he enjoys with opposing counsel that makes him such a formidable weapon for the defense. Do yourself a favor and contact the Law Offices Of Knut Johnson if you find yourself in a complex situation. If you find yourself up against it, you will know it when it happens, really up against it, call out the big guns. Call early though. Don't try and handle any portion of your case on your own as you will likely tank your case going forward no matter who you hire later on.
