- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I know all banks try to stand out with exemplary customer service, but everyone at this location seriously nails it. I have had plenty of issues with Chase, but everything is usually quickly resolved or made better with the friendly staff here in The Shops at La Jolla Village Square. I can have a human conversation and be honest about my banking, which should not feel so odd. So glad I live near these nice Chase employees!By Tyler Anneliese Moselle, February 28, 2017
