- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★In personal opinion, the level of customer service at any branch depends on the actual person you talk to. This time I was very lucky, because Monica Cortez was helping me. Unlike many other bankers, she was very understanding, nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to provide detailed answers to every single question I had. As a result, I and my wife are going to open a new account with her and will recommend her to everybody we know. When you visit this branch, ask for Monica and I'm sure you'll be more than happy with the service. Someone already mentioned her in the review below.
