- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went in to ship a phone, and they were extremely helpful. One employee coaxed me into using the prepaid box instead of buying a bubble mailer and Priority Mail postage separately (cheaper), while another employee gave me some free bubble wrap that was left behind by a previous customer, so the phone would fit snugly and be well protected in the box. Then the second employee helped me check out via the machine instead of waiting in line. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this location.By Jeff Evans, October 10, 2016
