- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely HORRIBLE!! i had to sit and watch my boyfriend be talked down to by a personal banker and the MANAGER of this location. ALSO, when getting a loan for a new car they failed to tell him that the car he purchased was too old for gap insurance, nor did they even actually add this to his loan like they said they "did". The manager was looking directly at his account and told him his gap insirance didnt cover his remaining balance on his car when there was not even gap insirance in the FIRST PLACE! Hell if i ever get an account there. They do not know what theyre talking about and do not know how to treat our service men. Hopefull i can contact a higher up manager than the idiot one we spoke to.By Paige Murdoch, August 07, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆they failed to submit my mortgage which cost me 2 credit inquires and 2 months of my time. they failed to submit my fraud claim and had to reapply at another branch. they send your mortgage service out of state and offer no help with the process.By Juan hernandez, December 09, 2016
