- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked in to cash a large check, and they completely denied me service. I understand that there are limits and restrictions on cash flow, especially with small branches, but that knowledge is all from personal experience and not from the teller at the window, who was completely rude and refused me service. She could have at least explained certain things and been more thorough in her denial of service, but she did nothing. I have cashed checks before of large sizes and I know they can offer a cashier's check in lieu of the large check. But no solution was offered to me. I was very disappointed. She could have at least offered to open an account and become a customer, but I guess I wasn't that important either.By Jessica Valadez-Vega, August 06, 2017
