- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every other Chase offers me great customer service and takes a particular check every month my 25th Identical check and the manager here was rude would not even come out to talk to me and would not except the Same check! I have banked with Chase for many years , if this was the only Chase branch I would find another bank. Both of the other branches I regularly go to treat me with great respect and as a valued customer. I recommend any branch but this one they should shut this down and fire the manager!By Tony Dusenberry, December 05, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the best Chase in the entire San Diego area. I find myself waiting around at every other location, working with tellers with absolutely no sense of urgency. I run my own business so when I am at the bank I like to get in and out as fast as possible so I can get back to work.
