  Disappointed in the behavior of the office I came across. I realize the issue he pulled me over was my own fault no disputing that, However he was so rude not helpful and when he towed my car would not allow us any time to get my personal belongings or look to see if I was missing anything. I'm now being told I can not get my personal belongings or contact the tow company for my items. I left my ATM card in the car in the middle and now I'm being alerted from my bank that someone is trying to use my card. Calling Highway patrol the lady on the phone is helpful but once I asked the officer name and badge she couldn't help me. If your car is being towed the officers should at least give you the information at the time of where it's being towed and know how much it cost per day and tell you that after 72 hours there will be a lean on the car. Seriously it was towed on Friday do you think the Highway patrol is open on the weekend No so of course you will have a lean. Again not disputing whey the car was towed I get it but at some point the process needs to be looked at.

  Thank you for helping me when my car engine got stuck idling very high while I was driving by lake Hodges and I only knew I had to put it in neutral but I couldn't think to shut off the engine because I was in a panic mode. The CHP dispatcher I spoke with on the phone helped me by telling me to shut off the engine. Thank you because I really couldn't think of that at the time! It turned out to be a loose cable wire connected to my cruise control, which I never use.
