- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This professional establishment is anything but that. A week ago I entered to open a new account and was told a discrepancy was posted to me and would need an approval to open a new account. I was told I would receive a call back the next day as to when I should come in. Not only did I not receive the call, after calling 5 times I had to express my frustration before I was able to speak with a banker that knew anything about my case. Upon arriving to speak with that banker 3 days later I was left waiting to be assisted for 20 mins while all bankers were talking amongst themselves. Absolutely unprofessional, to think this is an establishment in charge of anyone's money is a terrifying thought.By crystal perez, May 08, 2017
