- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The people here have always been great. This is not my branch, nor my father's (it is now closest to where he is), but when I am visiting they have been excellent at protecting his privacy, and helping me as his POA once I am properly ID'ed. I am mystified at the phone comments. I live 350 miles away (with no Wachovia branch), and have never had a problem getting through. If you just need the hours, there is an automated option for that as well.By A Google User, February 03, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My positive opinion of this bank just took a BIG hit yesterday. I have "Mobile Deposit" on all of my bank accounts and just attempted to use the US Bank version for the first time yesterday. ALL of my other banks have free deposit from mobile devices, but US Bank seems to think theirs is worth $0.50 per deposit. Well, when I saw that, I stopped and put the deposit in Wells Fargo instead. You'd think they would encourage mobile deposits vs other forms, but I guess not at US Bank. So, ALL deposits will go to other banks until they change their fee structure.By Michael Binder, November 22, 2016
