- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I dropped off an urgent overnight package, and an employee shoved it into the wrong bin and it didn't get picked up. Needless to say, the package DID NOT arrive to its destination as planned. This is unacceptable, and it's bad business. You guys need to get your act together. I asked to get the box back, and I dropped it off at a UPS facility myself. I will never trust this place with an urgent package again.By Carlos Guillen, October 10, 2016
