  We walked in for a new auto insurance policy, and were assisted by Dan Vincelett, Jeff's son. Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us find the best coverage tailored for our needs. He strived to find us every discount we qualified for, not as a typical salesman, but how your insider friend helps you out when you ask him. Warm, kind, and courteous yet personal, Dan embodies what your neighborhood insurance agent should be, and I can see why folks who have their policies with the Vincellets have done so for decades. You will be very happy here. Their office was also newly renovated at the time I visited, and I must say it looks pretty awesome. Excellent, keep up the good work Dan!

  Do you need insurance? Of course you do. There are cheaper options... sure. I don't debate that. But I'll bet you all the money in my pockets against all the money in your pockets that whatever office you're thinking of choosing won't go the distance for you. Schelly, the office manager, always calls me to make sure I'm in compliance. She always checks in to make sure every policy we have is getting the most savings we can. Jeff's office is one of those client books that seems inherited, but this group of people go above and beyond with service. I can't possibly say enough good things about them, so I'll stop. What I will say is that I've thought of leaving a few times and they've always, each and every time, done something related to service to earn my family's business. Give Jeff's office a try. It's been 15 years and I'm sure it'll be a life time.
