  San Diego pawn is the best pawn shop ive ever been to they explain what that can give you for your item why they can give the amount their offering and what they sell these items for no one can expect to get top dollar for wat they are trying to pawn your not gonna get what you see it cost in a store but I believe San Diego pawn gives you the best offer for your items I belive you guys have great customer service and always help your customers out as much as you can I truly appreciate it I went in today with a few items they may not have had much value but you guys still helped me out big time now I have the gas money I needed to get back and forth to work thank San Diego pawn you guys at the best

  Worst pawn shop ever treat people like crap don't respect your time speaking specifically about there general manager Dwight guy was garbage paid them my money to get my stuff out of pawn $1100 and waited 45 mins for them to find my stuff when I told the manager I need my stuff and I already paid and been waiting the best he could say is get he will give my money back if and when they find it he will call and I can come get it. I'm tell him now I have a 2 hour commute that is horrible. I'm like no I paid my money give me my stuff or compensate me for the time I'm waiting he says according to your contract we are not responsible for lost or theft. I was like really that is best you can do. If you are going to pawn something I would highly recommend you go elsewhere or deal with them at your own risk.

  They are supposed to close at 6pm on Saturday. I know it's Fourth of July weekend, but there are no signs on the door and they are closed and not answering the phones. They are so unprofessional.
