  I choose them because they specialize in K1 visas for Filipino immigrants and they have staff that speak Tagalog. However after I paid my fees it became clear that they would be hard to reach for questions. I was assigned 3 different case workers which was frustrating. They did not return my phone calls or emails. I found this this unprofessional. Knowing this now I would have never used them, I had to research my questions on my own and by help by others. The only thing they could provide is the list of documents that were needed and they helped to fill them out for me. But don't expect too much help on the phone or by email. I'll rate them 3 stars simply because they did provide some assistance.

  I don't usually do reviews, but I feel the need to give a big thumbs up to Easy Fiance Visa. They really helped me and my partner go through this process of coming to America. Trying to do it on your own seems impossible to me, I'm glad I hired experts to guide me through the deal. They were courteous and prompt and the paperwork was perfect. Don't take a risk, use the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb to do it right. 5 stars!

  I actually enjoyed working and speaking with Deron, it’s not very often someone says that about an attorney!!! Deron and his team made this process about as enjoyable as such a process could be. Immediately they put my wife and I at ease. They were able to speak Filipino with her and I was able to speak with my caseworker and Deron as needed. Now we can start life together, it’s like a dream and we couldn’t be more thankful.

  I used the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb for a Green Card for my wife. I can’t believe how much work they put into the filing. When it was finished it was over 100 pages. If you had asked me before hand I would have told you it’s just a few forms. I’m sure glad I went Deron and his team. We got approved for the work permit in about two months, the Green Card in about five months. We couldn’t have done it without them!
