- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My entire experience with BOFI has been a big let down. Whenever I would need help, I would call and they would direct me again and again to my relationship manager who rarely answered his phone. I would leave him messages and he would almost never return my calls. There were numerous other problems such as slowness in sending my debit and a complete failure to follow up with me concerning my application. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is tanking fast. Imagine calling a bank of this magnitude's technical support line because of a glitch in their online banking. The phone rings, rings, rings, about ten minutes later, voicemail. Try it again, same thing. Call "new business accounts" and someone picks up and states that most people in tech support are out on vacation. This place has been steadily declining for the past six years.
