- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This bank is easily accesible coming from border y coming off of San Ysidro blvd. It is built in a small shopping area just below the Ramada Inn---which sits on the top of the hill. Has all around banking services plus ATMs. One thing i like also---it is right across the street from Kentucky Fried Chicken y Subway is a few steps away.
